It is my intention to be your witness, to help you connect with the truth of who you are, to trust yourself and live your life as an expression of your authentic self. I believe that whatever is out of balance or not working in your life is an issue that has come up to be seen and healed, and you don’t have to walk through it alone.

In counseling I will support you with a light, loving energy and share tools and resources that I have acquired over the years on my own healing path that I think may be helpful to you. I will listen and mirror back to you what I’m hearing to bring it to consciousness, to help you awaken to your own essence and connect with your inner beauty, or “Higher Self.” Whatever your beliefs, doubts, fears, we can look at them together and then remember the truth, together.

Sessions are one hour and we can meet regularly or whenever the need arises for you. We can meet in person or have sessions by phone and there is a sliding scale for those with financial constraints.
